Greetings from John Chang's family. It has been three years since John passed away, and thanks to the generosity of people like you, we are able to provide scholarships to communications majors at John's alma mater, Florida State University , and to high school students and the Family Counseling Hotline in Miami-Dade County .

This year, we will be awarding $8,500 in scholarships in Florida and Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas . The details are available on the John D. Chang Foundation web site: http://www.JohnDChang.org . We are working with the FSU Foundation ( www.foundation.fsu.edu ) to raise $100,000 for The John Chang Scholarship Endowment Fund , which will enable the university to provide a permanent, annual scholarship in the amount of $6,000.

We all miss John so much and remember the many blessings and the beautiful years we shared with him. Words cannot express the loss we all feel. John was a very special person, and we miss his warmth, compassion, integrity and friendship very much.
